1. Campaign Overview
The MDT – UOBM Business Advantage Campaign (“Campaign”) is a collaboration between MADANI Digital Trade (MDT) and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd (“UOBM”) aimed at supporting Malaysian businesses in accelerating their digital growth through digital trade and financial solutions.
Eligible businesses that subscribe to, renew or upgrade their MDT subscription and successfully open a new UOBM Business Current Account during the Campaign Period will be entitled to the Campaign rewards, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign will commence starting 1 May 2026 and will continue until the first 100 eligible participants have fulfilled all Campaign requirements, whichever occurs first.
Participation is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to Malaysian registered businesses that meet the following criteria:
- Subscribe to, renew, or upgrade to the MDT Business Standard Package (RM1,200) or above during the Campaign Period.
- Successfully complete the MDT subscription payment and onboarding process.
- Open one (1) new UOBM Business Current Account during the Campaign Period.
- “Business Account” shall refer to any one of the following products:-
- BizCA+
- Normal Business Current Account
- BizMax
- Basic Current Account-i
- Current Account-i
- “New Customer” shall refer to any new non-individual customer who opens any Business Account during the Campaign Period.
- Customers shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Campaign if they fall within ANY of the following: –
- The Business Account held with UOB Malaysia is delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted as determined by UOB Malaysia;
- The Business Account held with UOB Malaysia is terminated or closed during the Campaign Period; or
- Customers who are or becomes mentally unsound, deceased, adjudicated bankrupt (for sole proprietorship, wound up, insolvent (for corporate)) or have legal proceedings of any nature instituted against them.
Additional eligibility conditions:
- Each eligible business entity is entitled to one (1) Campaign reward only.
4. Campaign Rewards
Eligible participants will receive the following rewards:
- a) RM200 Cash Rebate
Participants will receive RM200 cashback upon successful completion of the Campaign requirements. - b) Free 3-Month Trial of MADANI Business Essentials
Participants will receive a three (3) month complimentary trial of MADANI Business Essentials (worth RM2,097), which may include:
- HR Administration
- Payroll Processing
- Leave & Attendance Management
- Statutory Compliance Support
- Professional Video Creation
- Bookkeeping Support
The features included may be revised or updated by the organizers from time to time.
5. Campaign Process
Participation in the Campaign will follow the process below:
- Subscribe, Renew or Upgrade MDT Package
The customer subscribes, renews, or upgrades to the MDT Business Standard Package (RM1,200) or above only. - Complete Onboarding and Payment
The customer completes the MDT onboarding process and subscription payment. - Submit Required Information
Eligible customers will receive a Google Form to submit the required details, including PIC information and the MDT invoice as proof of subscription. - UOBM Account Application
UOBM will contact the designated PIC to proceed with the KYC verification and Business Current Account application. - Account Approval Notification
Upon successful account opening, the customer will receive an email requesting the company’s bank account details for cashback disbursement. - Submission of Bank Details
The customer submits the company bank account details via the provided instructions. - Cashback Payout
The customer will receive the RM200 cashback payout, followed by a confirmation email once the payment has been successfully processed.
6. Cashback Fulfilment
The RM200 cashback will be paid to the participant’s nominated company bank account after the successful completion of all Campaign requirements.
Cashback processing may take up to 30 working days after verification and receipt of the participant’s bank account details.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the bank account information provided is accurate and valid. The organizers shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in cashback disbursement due to incorrect or incomplete information.
The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for other rewards.
7. UOBM Account Opening
Opening of the UOBM Business Current Account is subject to:
- UOBM’s internal approval process
- submission of required documentation
- successful Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification
UOBM reserves the right to approve or reject any account application at its sole discretion.
8. Disqualification
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant if:
- false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided;
- the participant fails to complete the required MDT subscription or onboarding process;
- the participant fails to complete the UOB account opening requirement; or
- any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
9. Amendment or Termination
The organizers reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and/or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this Campaign, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
